With 30 years in the fitness industry, Ann has seen a lot of changes since she began teaching group fitness as a student at Penn State University. A former high school cheerleader, her evolution into teaching was just the next step in sharing her love of movement and motivating people. After several years of teaching a wide variety of group class formats, Ann left her corporate career to pursue fitness full time. It was at this point she added personal training to her skill set and found a new way to help people achieve their individual fitness goals.
Ann trains adult clients of all ages and specializes in the 50 + age group. Regardless of injuries, health challenges, or exercise experience Ann helps her clients develop the skills, habits and motivation to become stronger, fitter and healthier. Being part of her clients' journeys to better physical health, greater levels of fitness and seeing the confidence they gain in the process inspires Ann everyday.
Ann holds certifications with AFAA, and ACE and is a Senior Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She discovered BarreWell when she took her first bounce class and loves the perfect combination of high intensity low impact exercise. Bouncing is her happy place!
