  • HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?
    If you haven’t already, download our app BARREWELL FITNESS STUDIO 1) Use existing WELLNESS LIVING login or create new login 2) Complete profile if not already done (including billing information) 3) Hold yourself accountable as you start to schedule your classes
  • WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
    Wear comfortable athletic clothing - yoga pants or leggings. Barre – Grip socks required (we sell them in studio if needed) TRX and HIIT – Shoes required Cardio Dance and Bounce + Sculpt – Shoes recommended RIDE - Cycling shoes required *rental shoes are available ​
  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
    If you late cancel (6 hours before your scheduled class) or no-show, you will be charged a late cancel/no-show fee of $10. If you are on class packages, you will not be charged a $10 fee but will lose your class. If you are having difficulty canceling your scheduled class, text (949) 338-8844. Many of our classes have limited availability so please respect your fellow members by giving up your reserved spot.
  • WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE?
    Please arrive on time for your scheduled class. If you’re running late, text us at (949) 338-8844 to let us know, and we’ll hold your spot. If you’re late and haven’t notified the studio, there’s a chance your spot will be given to a standby student when class begins. There is no grace period for late arrivals. Once the door is closed and class has started, no additional arrivals will be allowed.
  • WHAT IS YOUR MEMBERSHIP POLICY?
    MEMBERSHIP HOLD POLICY: You can freeze your autopay schedule at any time for a fee of $25 per month. The freeze is activated at the start of the next billing cycle and can be requested in monthly increments for up to 3 months total every calendar year. Our team needs a 14 day notice to freeze your account. 3, 6, and Annual memberships do not have the ability to be held. ​ AUTOPAY CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your autopay membership anytime after 3 months with minimum 30 days notice prior to your scheduled auto pay. In case of a price increase, if you terminate your membership, you are not eligible for your previous rate in the event of a rate increase.
  • DO YOU HAVE AN APP?
    Yes! We encourage you to download our BarreWell app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COME TO CLASS?
    We recommend attending at least 3 classes per week to get the most out of your practice. Our methods are designed to be done every day, with enough variety in our schedule to keep you challenged and engaged, whether you come 7 days a week or just a few times. Recovery is just as important as the work itself, so take a well-deserved rest day when needed. This balanced approach will help you see real results—both mentally and physically.
  • WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT WHEN REBOUNDING?
    As fellow moms, we get it! Rebounding is not just great for building muscle, improving endurance, and stimulating your lymphatic system—it also helps strengthen your pelvic floor. This means, with regular rebounding, you can reduce the chances of accidents and improve bladder control. Say goodbye to worries about peeing your pants!
  • CAN I TAKE A BARN BURN CLASS IF I'M PREGNANT?
    Yes!! With approval from your doctor, all of our Barre Burn classes are great to help you throughout your pregnancy. Please let you instructor know of your baby on board before class and she will offer you some modifications.
  • HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO TAKE CLASS?
    Guests must be at least 14 years old to take class. Anyone under 16 must have a parent or guardian present at the studio at all times. Guests aged 16-17 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver before their first class, but after that, they can attend without one.
