Jayne Clark

Fitness has been a passion and huge part of Jayne’s life for as long as she can remember. She was an avid recreational runner during her time in college and in the years following. She supplemented her running with the class selection at  Barrewell that combined the intensity she wanted, with the lower-impact cross training she needed. Jayne was a ballet dancer through childhood, and loves to both teach and take the musically-driven classes Barrewell offers. She also holds a 200-hour RYT yoga certification, as well as teaching barre, rebounding, TRX and bootcamp at BarreWell. She has found her passion in teaching group fitness and uplifting others to be the strongest, most empowered version of themselves. Jayne hopes to bring the joy of a gratifying workout to all, and is honored to be a part of the BarreWell community.
